In 1975, Leonard Cook bought Ralph Sercerchi's construction company located at 149 Charles Street, Woodstock. After successfully operating for 2 seasons, Leonard H. Cook Construction Ltd. was incorporated in 1977. From then on, the company logged steady growth in the construction industry. ​In the late 90's, Leonard's son was becoming involved in the business. Timothy Cook launched into the concrete industry in 1997 with a ready mix plant and forming enterprise. 2001 saw the expansion of Cook Construction into the rental business which has steadily grown to present day. With expansion in every area, Leonard H.
