In 1975, Leonard Cook bought Ralph Sercerchi's construction company located at 149 Charles Street, Woodstock. After successfully operating for two seasons, Leonard H. Cook Construction Ltd. was incorporated in 1977. From then on, the company logged steady growth in the construction industry.
In the late 90's, Leonard's son was becoming involved in the business. Timothy Cook launched into the concrete industry in 1997 with a ready mix plant and forming enterprise. 2001 saw the expansion of Cook Construction into the rental business which has steadily grown to the present day. With expansion in every area, Leonard H. Cook Construction became two companies and now operates as Timothy Cook Construction Ltd and TK Cook Properties Inc. We are dedicated to providing reliable, satisfying, and high-quality work for every customer.
